What has helped them feel more comfortable/productive during their “Covid” work (1-2 paragraphs), and what is now harder for them (1-2 paragraphs).

For this assignment, you will interview two people whose work has been significantly altered by the Covid pandemic. One must be an “essential” employee who has had to continue to come in to work, and one must be someone who has shifted to primarily work-from-home. For each interviewee, you will report:
· How they had done their work before the pandemic (1-2 paragraphs), and how the work is done differently now (1-2 paragraphs).· What has helped them feel more comfortable/productive during their “Covid” work (1-2 paragraphs), and what is now harder for them (1-2 paragraphs)
Then, looking at their results, provide three well-explained specific recommendations for HR managers in how they can best manage employees through and (hopefully) after the pandemic, making specific reference to how they promote whole-person workplace values.
You can focus on any aspects of HR you want (selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, wellness, workplace safety, technology, work design, legal issues, etc.).
Draw from your interviews, what we learned throughout the class, and your personal experiences with technology or workplace safety issues (about 1-2 pages).
Finally, you will conclude with two paragraphs explaining how and why some Covid-related workplace changes may be useful for companies to retain in the future.
